Je voert relatiegesprekken met (ingezette) professionals, prospects én bestaande opdrachtgevers op inhoud, motivatie en compliance. Je gaat samen met de collega’s op zoek naar de best passende kandidaat voor de vacatures. Zet je de vacature live op een jobboard? Dan kijk je samen met de recruiter naar de best passende kandidaten en voeren jullie gesprekken. Jouw echte doel? Het meetbaar uitbouwen van onze detacheringsportefeuille bij (nieuwe) klanten en prospects.
Zie of hoor je een kans voor een nieuwe opdracht bij één van de prospects, professionals of bestaande opdrachtgevers? Dan vertaal je deze naar een actie voor jezelf of jouw collega accountmanagers of recruiter en gaan jullie samen aan de slag. We groeien snel en nemen steeds meer complexe IT-opdrachten aan. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een extra collega voor ons team Detachering & Associates.
Als accountmanager krijg je veel ruimte om zelf invulling te geven aan de functie. Jouw primaire focus ligt op het verder uitbouwen van de bestaande accounts. Je start met in ieder geval één groot account en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om dit verder uit te breiden met nieuwe klanten én professionals die via Get There kunnen werken. Wat vragen we van jou?
- Je hebt een opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau afgerond;
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gaat een onderhandeling niet uit de weg;
- Je bent ondernemend en resultaatgericht;
- Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en hebt ervaring met het communiceren met verschillende doelgroepen;
- Je hebt al een aantal jaren ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling;
- We vinden het een grote pre als je ervaring hebt binnen de IT-sector.
