Help our client deliver safe, high quality homes across South Holland. Our client, South Holland District Council, is seeking a Technical Contracts Officer to support procurement, compliance, and contract management within their Property Services team. The Council is looking for someone to join and be the key link between internal technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to help deliver housing related investment programmes and ensure homes are safe, energy efficient, and compliant with legislation. The contracts they work with are JCT (Joint Contract Tribunal) measured term contracts.
