The predicted salary is between 21000 - 31500 Β£ per year.
Our client is currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join their busy team! Whilst no previous experience is required for this role, they require candidates to have a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and be a team player. The ideal candidate will be able to follow structured processes and procedures, work efficiently and handle numerous transfer files simultaneously; have excellent communication skills to interact via email primarily; be organised and able to prioritise their own workload and be engaging and approachable.
Legal Administrator Duties:
- Dealing with solicitors and residents' general enquiries in relation to the sale or transfer process.
- Dealing with residents' change of ownership details for the managed properties, including the production of the legal contract (Deed of Covenant) and issuing consent to Land Registry.
- Updating computer records for new owners.
- General admin duties to assist the overall smooth running of the office which includes general answering of emails and assisting with the company's 6 monthly invoice run.
- Assisting the purchase ledger and customer accounts departments with administrative duties.
