They deliver bespoke residential developments in some of the South East's most desirable locations. Their Planning Team plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of every site. They are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning strategy for their residential developments based in Beaconsfield.
The role:
- Lead and manage complex planning applications from submission through to decision and appeal.
- Prepare planning submissions and appeals, and represent the company at Planning Committee meetings.
- Provide strategic planning advice to support land acquisition and development decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams to guide development strategies and unlock site potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local planning authorities, officers, councillors and consultees.
This is a high-impact role where your strategic thinking, planning expertise and hands-on delivery will directly influence the quality and success of the homes they create.
About you:
- A degree in a relevant discipline (MRTPI status preferred).
- A proven track record managing complex residential planning applications, either within a developer or consultancy environment.
- Strong experience navigating planning and appeal systems, with the ability to deliver sites to agreed timescales.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align planning strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
