As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office, maintaining the highest standards of care whilst focusing on growth and development of their care services. They work closely with other appropriate agencies and professionals, and the quality and professionalism of staff is therefore of paramount importance.
Requirements Of The RoleThis is a varied and challenging role, so our client is looking for an individual who:
- Is enthusiastic, tenacious, and career driven.
- Has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
- Has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social.
- Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.

- Has the drive and motivation to develop their care services.
- Has strong organisation and planning skills.
- Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
This role will play a vital part ensuring that clients receive the best-in-class quality care that makes a real difference for the people they work with. This full-time Registered Manager role is based in Barking. Hours of work are 37.5 per week.
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).
