A successful family manufacturing operation requires an experienced HR professional with a strong administrative background to support their continued development. Working closely with the management team, you would take responsibility for all personnel matters and administrative duties for their Property and Maintenance programme.
Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll preparation and maintaining personnel records.
- Familiarity with current HR legislation and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting the Management team in recruitment/personnel development/disciplinaries.
- Managing a small property portfolio involving invoicing, contracts, maintenance requirements and compliance.
- General administrative work and support to the Managing Director.
