Business Development Manager (Part-Time, Flexible Working) in Edinburgh

Part Time Business Development Executive £16 per hour + performance-related bonus 15 – 20 hours per week | Work from home | Flexible hours Do you enjoy talking to people and creating new business opportunities? Have you got experience in telesales or business development, but would welcome something a little more flexible? Our client is a small, friendly and established recruitment technology business based near Kinross, looking for someone to help them introduce their services to businesses throughout the UK. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who would enjoy working part-time, from home, while still making a real contribution to a growing business. Identifying and contacting potential business customers. Helping with occasional email and LinkedIn marketing activities. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in B2B telesales or business development and be comfortable making outbound calls to people you haven't spoken to before. 16 per hour, plus a performance-related bonus. ~ Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements. ~ Working from home, with occasional face-to-face meetings near Kinross. ~ The opportunity to make a genuine difference to a small, established business. Although this is a home-based role, our client would prefer someone living within reasonable travelling distance of Kinross for occasional meetings. Our client’s business develops recruitment assessment software, and they use that same system when recruiting their own people. As part of your application, you'll be invited to complete some online questionnaires looking at personality, behavioural style and suitability for the role. It also gives you the chance to experience the system you'd be helping them introduce to customers.
