Join Our Clients Team as a Support Worker! Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in your community? Our client provides safe, supportive housing for vulnerable adults — and they are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join their team in the Erdington area. Position: Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults - £14 per hour - Full time - Location: Erdington (various properties)

Please note: This is NOT a personal care role.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults in their daily lives.
  • Offer guidance with everyday challenges - from accessing benefits and finding permanent accommodation, to budgeting and developing life skills.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion.
  • Work closely with colleagues, families, and external services to ensure holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document support sessions.

  • Previous experience in a support worker or related role.
  • Own car and willingness to travel locally.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping vulnerable adults.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using Word and Excel.

  • Knowledge of local services for vulnerable adults (desirable).
