They are recruiting a Housing Transformation Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Awarded a C2 grading by the Regulator of Social Housing, the Council has strong foundations in place, supported by a Housing Transformation Programme focussed on continuous improvement.
They are looking for someone who thrives on innovation and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of their Housing Transformation Programme, working to involve tenants in shaping services, and ensure what they offer truly meets residents’ needs. As a champion for progress, you’ll work closely with Officers and Members to embed new ways of working and embrace change across the Housing Landlord Service. Your influence will help design services that are efficient, effective, and future ready.
