Our client is seeking an experienced Reception Manager (Part-Time) or Reception Manager and Letting Agent (Full-Time). This opportunity can be structured in one of two ways, depending on the successful candidate's experience and availability. They are both local but on two different sites, based in Neston and Bebington. Applicants will require their own transport.
Option One: Part-Time Reception Manager
- Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact.
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls professionally.
- Preparing and sending mail.
- Managing office maintenance issues and liaising with external contractors.
- Monitoring maintenance tasks through to resolution.
- Raising invoices and carrying out credit control.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Inputting and maintaining financial data using SAGE.
Option Two: Full-Time Reception Manager and Letting Agent
- All Reception Manager duties (as outlined above) plus:
- Manage letting enquiries and property viewings.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Prepare and manage documentation.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a reception, office management, or administrative role.
- Confidence in handling accounts and financial administration.
- Experience using SAGE or other accounting software.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
