Our client is a well-established refurbishment and fit-out Main Contractor based in Baldock, Hertfordshire, delivering projects across North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. With a steady pipeline of work, they are now seeking a skilled Multi-Trader to join their team.
The Role
As a Multi-Trader, you'll work on a variety of projects across commercial, education, leisure, heritage, and industrial sectors. The work will be diverse, covering both internal and external refurbishment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Carpentry (mainly 2nd fix, some 1st fix).
- Partitioning (metal and timber stud, systems such as Komfort/Tenon).
- Ceiling fixing (suspended grid, MF, Burgess).
- General building (groundworks, drainage, brickwork, alterations).
- Decorating (all aspects of commercial work).
