About Our Client
Our client is a supported living housing provider based in Milton Keynes. As a growing organisation, they are committed to delivering high-quality housing and support services to their clients while fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture. They are now seeking a full-time Administrator to support their Directors and Housing Team which will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of their services.
Role Overview
The Administrator will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of their supported housing services. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Team, ensure compliance with regulatory and local authority requirements and help maintain high property and service standards. This role is essential in supporting tenants, housing officers and external partners through accurate record-keeping, effective communication and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support housing management functions to include, move-ins, voids and check outs
- Manage and process property requests and requirements from care providers
- Assist with Housing Benefit and exempt accommodation documentation
- Monitor, track and manage property safety certificates to ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle and process correspondence with local authorities, care providers, landlords, tenants and contractors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems (written and digitally)
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing information and support as required
- Liaise with care companies, landlords and contractors via phone and email
- Support housing officers with arranging inspections and scheduling maintenance and repair visits
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within the housing or property sector
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative systems
