What the role looks like

As a HR Consultant, you’ll work directly with your own group of clients, giving clear, sensible HR advice and helping them build strong people practices. You’ll handle a real mix of work, from day-to-day queries to more complex ER cases and project work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising clients on employee relations, performance, absence and general HR queries
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and drafting contracts and HR docs
  • Leading client meetings and being their go-to HR contact
  • Pulling together policies, handbooks and tailored documentation
  • Carrying out HR audits and producing practical recommendations
  • Keeping clients informed on employment law updates
  • Working closely with our operations team to give a seamless service
