Our client, based in South West Devon, is renowned for delivering exceptional air management services across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking a passionate and meticulous Air Conditioning / Ventilation Engineer to join their dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a fulfilling career with a focus on quality.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission split, VRF, and VRV air conditioning systems in clients' properties.
- Respond promptly to breakdown issues during normal business hours, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality installation work with great attention to detail.
- Undertake annual maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. There is no on-call rota with this role. There is very occasional overtime weekend/evening work as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds City and Guilds 2079 F Gas certification.
- Has an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
- Possesses a valid CSCS card; PASMA / IPAF training can be provided as required.
- Is willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Requires a full UK driving licence.
- Exhibits excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
