Office based | Full time | Permanent position

Remuneration: £36,000 plus Bonuses

Location: Maida Vale, London W9

Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm; Monday to Friday

23 days paid holiday a year plus Bank Holidays

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months Block Management experience.
  • Be confident in liaising and dealing with leaseholders and freeholders.
  • Be proactive in the management of blocks with a high attention to detail.
  • Be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Have a full knowledge of Section 20 legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Contractors and other professionals in the maintenance and repairs to blocks.
  • Ensure all blocks adhere to Health and Safety regulations and carry out regular property visits and inspections.

The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of blocks within the areas of Bayswater, Paddington, West Hampstead, Maida Vale, Marylebone, Mayfair and St Johns Wood.
