This is a varied role that involves supporting the Catering Manager in delivering a consistent, high-quality food service to all customers, including residents, staff, and visitors at Bedford Charter House and Oak Way House. The role ensures that all food safety standards and legal obligations are fully enforced and adhered to. The Head Chef will also deputise for the Catering Manager and take full responsibility in their absence.
