Salary & Benefits Package 25K to 35K subject to experience 37.5 hour week **Benefits they offer** Training and Development towards passing Part 2 and 3 Exposure to all RIBA Work stage Opportunity to grow into a senior role and decision maker Client Facing – Running your own projects Site meeting expense paid for (Fuel expenses) Key Requirements of the role Responsibilities Site Surveys and Client Briefings Drafting 2D and 3D design packages for planning submission Coordinating with external design team members Developing and Coordinating Building Regulation packages Attending network events to represent the company Engaging with new enquiries and discussing the clients proposed project Independent time management Opening and closing-up of the office Assisting the director with day-to-day task Results Expected in this role Become a qualified Architect Manage / run your own projects Gained planning permission for projects Gained building control approval for projects Grow network Standards Act with professionalism, integrity and honesty Treat all clients with kindness and care Represent the company to the highest standards Continue to develop my skills and knowledge Increase the responsibility with the operations on the company Knowledge & Skills Required Expert at AutoCAD Expert at Sketch up Expert at Photoshop Expert at InDesign Have a professional manner when talking with clients in person and over the phone Knowledge of Planning Policy requirements Knowledge of Building Regulation / construction information Engaging to network with new contacts Work on many projects at once Manage your own time across a number of deadlines / multiple projects Great time keeping Great communication Well presented Experience Required Part 1 qualified At least 4 years’ work experience in the residential sector Can hold a conversation with 3rd parties’ consultants Has developed planning application and Building Regulation package drawings Has worked on RIBA Work stage 0 – to – 4 Worked on Residential projects Other Special Requirements Keen to learn and ask questions Loves to engage with new people Has a desire to become an Architect and future director of the business If you want to join a well-established, Family Run Business and be a catalyst for their future growth, then this is the job for you.
