As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their dynamic team and assist in the smooth operation of their systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring all documentation and records are accurately maintained. Assist in the coordination of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated effectively. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail related to construction projects. Maintain and update the company’s construction management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the construction team. Assist in the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to construction projects. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the construction team. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying. H&S admin. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
