Property Inventory Clerk Part time £12.50 – £25 per hour Our client is looking for Property Inventory Clerks to join their team covering Norwich and Norfolk. This active role will involve visiting properties, taking an inventory and schedule of condition, carrying out property inspections and meeting tenants to check them in and out of a property. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. IMMEDIATE STARTS. You will need to be available on a flexible basis – hours and days to be discussed. Appointments are scheduled within your available hours, as and when their clients require. Attention to detail is important. You will be using their software (via an app) so a good grasp of technology is important, and your own up-to-date mobile phone/iPad is essential.
