They provide therapeutic education, animal-assisted interventions, and a growing range of training, events and community activity across Surrey and Hampshire.
They have a strong reputation, established sites and a loyal audience, what they haven't yet had is dedicated commercial leadership to match.
That's where you come in.
This is a senior, genuinely accountable role.
You'll take ownership of their existing commercial projects, training, events, their Awards programme and community membership, while identifying and launching entirely new revenue streams.
Two roles report to you directly, and you'll report straight to the CEO.
What you'll do: Own the commercial performance of our client's existing projects and lead the team delivering them.
Identify, design and launch new revenue-generating ventures, drawing on your own track record.
Find new ways to generate income from their sites and facilities outside of core hours.
Bring forward your own investment proposals, tied to the return each one will generate, rather than working from a fixed budget.
Be genuinely accountable for the commercial results you deliver.
What they're looking for: A genuine, evidenced track record of taking a business or business unit from underperforming to properly profitable.
Direct experience building or launching a commercial venture from scratch.
Real commercial understanding of the training and/or events sectors.
Comfort proposing your own commercial targets and being held to them.
