Role and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team.
- Arranging and booking vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
- Greeting customers and managing their experience throughout their vehicle's time within the workshop.
- Providing regular updates and consultatively advising customers on repair work required.
- Creating customer invoices and explaining completed work clearly.
- Proactively arranging future servicing and maintenance appointments.
- Pre-calling customers ahead of bookings to confirm requirements.
