We're looking for a Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer to join an established and growing engineering team.
This is a hands-on senior role combining complex commissioning, fault-finding and technical support, alongside mentoring and developing other engineers.
- Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer Role
- Commission and fault-find on fire alarm systems ranging from small standalone systems to 500+ device networked systems
- Provide technical support to engineers and the wider business
- Configure panels and cause & effect programming
- Support onsite training and development of engineering team members
- Help maintain high standards of compliance, quality and customer service
Experience Required
You'll ideally have
- 5+ years' fire alarm engineering experience
- Strong commissioning and fault-finding ability
- Advanced knowledge of fire alarm configuration
- Experience with Gent, Advanced, Ziton, Morley and/or Kentec
- Knowledge of air sampling, suppression and/or smoke ventilation is advantageous
- A clean UK driving licence
- A stable employment history
- The ability to commute to St Albans and work across London & the Home Counties
