Our Client are currently looking for a Sales & Estimating Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running. This company are key players within their industry and have worked hard to build a strong reputable brand that is continuing to go from strength to strength.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The main purpose of the role is to help improve the companies market position and ensure financial growth
  • Review all tenders and quotes before they are submitted
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Nurture key customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Attend pre-contract meetings with the client and head of projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Estimating, Costing, Budget and Financial experience required
  • Understanding of the British Standards relevant to the Fire and Security Industry
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years sales/estimating experience within the Fire and Security Industry
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills
