As an Electronic Security Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of a range of security systems across multiple customer sites. You will work with technologies including intruder alarm systems, CCTV systems and access control solutions, ensuring all systems are installed, configured and maintained to a high standard. This is a field-based role covering regional customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service and maintain intruder alarm systems
  • Install and configure CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
  • Carry out fault-finding and system diagnostics
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Respond to reactive service callouts when required
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while on site

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems is highly desirable
  • Understanding of security system commissioning and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently across customer sites
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
