£37,000-£45,000 per annum (depending on experience) covering Greater London and the South. Full Time Permanent. Van, fuel card, phone, work wear, pension, private medical.

An established M&E service company, operating across London, Greater London, and the South of England, is looking for a Multi-Skilled A/C Engineer to join their team. The role involves providing expert installation, maintenance, and technical support to a diverse range of commercial clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of commercial M&E systems, including:
    • Gas and oil-fired boilers
    • Pumps and pipework systems
    • Air handling units and valves (manual and actuated)
    • Chillers, split A/C, and VRV/VRF systems
  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance work across various sites
  • Work independently and as part of a small, skilled team, assisting with service, installation, and fault-finding tasks on commercial building systems.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Level 2 F Gas qualification
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in both service and installation work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to tasks
  • Computer literate and customer-facing experience
  • Knowledge of chillers and M&E building services is advantageous
  • Willingness to develop skills further
  • DBS Required
