Security Service Engineer - Door Entry, Access Control & CCTV- South East London- £35,000 - £42,000 Basic Salary + On-Call Allowance + Overtime
- £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a well-established fire and security company covering South East London.
This is a service, fault finding and maintenance role, with no installation work involved.
The successful engineer will primarily work on door entry, access control and CCTV systems.

- Service, maintain and fault find on door entry, access control and CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise system downtime.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Complete service reports and paperwork accurately.
- Identify remedial works and report findings where required.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on site.
- Participate in a 1 in 7 on-call rota
- Security Service Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining door entry, access control and CCTV systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Competent working across a wide range of security systems.
- Previous experience within a service and maintenance role (not installation).
- Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
