Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and service delivery
- Coordinate internally across departments to ensure all service level agreements are met
- Take ownership of customer portals (e.g., Verisae), including data updates, performance statistics, exception reports, and aged job tracking
- Support internal teams by advising on best practices for portal usage and job management
- Produce and deliver weekly reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders and quotations
- Manage and support implementation of process changes requested by customers
- Lead customer review meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Collaborate with finance to support debt recovery efforts
- Record and act on customer feedback regarding services, products, or performance
- Present new products and service offerings to clients as required
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Analyse account performance and sales potential to support business growth strategies
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
