Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Package Overview:

Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer to join their highly valued team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working across a variety of commercial properties including offices, gyms, retail units, and other commercial environments throughout Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, and surrounding areas. This role will involve a mix of installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding work on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Role and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out installation of a wide range of air conditioning systems
  • Perform service, maintenance, and repair work across commercial sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
  • Take responsibility for the quality of work delivered on-site
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Complete all relevant job documentation accurately
  • Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team

Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning service and installation
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience working within commercial environments (offices, gyms, retail, etc.)
