Export Operations Coordinator Role & Responsibilities: * Manage export jobs (Air, Road & Sea) * Maintain strong knowledge of export processes and customs requirements * Advise clients on the required documentation and procedures for various destinations * Communicate with airlines, hauliers and shipping lines * Liaise with overseas agents * Prepare job quotations * Handle export documentation * Manage export controls including licence applications and ITAR permits * Apply for Transit documents * Book export courier shipments * Manage multiple accounts Export Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience: * Essential- Strong export knowledge across Air, Road & Sea * Ability to manage multiple accounts * Strong initiative * Be happy to get hands on * Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
