Role and Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of the lettings process from valuation to move-in

* Grow and manage a portfolio of properties and clients

* Lead by example, setting high standards for service and compliance

* Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and property marketing

* Work closely with property management and administrative teams

Skills and Experience:

* Proven lettings experience in a senior or management role

* Confident in business generation and landlord engagement

* Knowledge of lettings legislation and best practices

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
