Role and Responsibilities:
- Service, fault-finding, installation, and repair of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarms systems.
- Managing commissioning, upgrades, and fault resolution across multiple sites.
- Working on commercial, educational, and council contracts, including universities.
- Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 4/5 weeks).
- Covering projects across the South East, with a focus on Surrey, Berkshire, Reading, Southampton, and London.
- Working with a range of security systems including LenelS2, AMAG, Hanwha, Wisenet, Genetec, Nedap, ARX, Salto, Hikvision, Paxton, Guetebruck, Mayflex, Milestone, and more.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with security systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
- Experience with service, installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with a wide range of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to work, including on call support.
