Door Systems Service Engineer Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Door Systems Service Engineer to join an established and specialist company within the door industry.
This is a full time, permanent, field based position, covering a regional area. The majority of your work will be within Cold Rooms & Clean Rooms (80% of the time) as well as large Commercial/ Industrial Sites (20% of the time).
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out small works, servicing, repairs, fault-finding and maintenance on a variety of industrial and commercial door systems, including:
- High-Speed / Fast Action Doors
- Roller Shutters
- Fire-Rated Doors
- Sectional Doors
- Loading Bay Equipment
- Dock Systems
Door Systems Service Engineer Skills and Experience Required
To be considered, you must have previous experience working with High-Speed / Fast Action Doors.
We are looking for an engineer who is:
- Experienced within the industrial/commercial door industry
- Confident with fault-finding and repairs
- Comfortable working independently across a regional area
- Customer-focused and professional
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
