Aldershot Permanent, Full Time Monday - Friday working week, no weekends.

22 days annual leave, rising to 27 days with length of service.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team.
  • Arranging and booking vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
  • Greeting customers and managing their experience throughout their vehicle's time within the workshop.
  • Providing regular updates and consultatively advising customers on repair work required.
  • Creating customer invoices and explaining completed work clearly.
  • Proactively arranging future servicing and maintenance appointments.
  • Pre-calling customers ahead of bookings to confirm requirements, documentation and estimated costs.
  • Updating job cards, trackers and systems with relevant service plans, warranty information and maintenance details.
  • Managing shared inbox communications and responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Preparing job cards ready for customer appointments and managing booking requests.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide tailored service.
  • Comfortable managing deadlines, workloads and customer expectations.
  • Confident communicating with customers and workshop teams.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
