The Estate Agent performs various day to day tasks within the online estate agency to facilitate the customer journey including onboarding new clients, building listings for Rightmove & Zoopla, vetting prospective buyers and arranging viewings and providing general customer service over the telephone. As a first point of contact for the business, the role requires a positive and customer focused approach, offering property sellers comfort that with us, their property sale will be in professional hands.

Duties:

  • Support the agency by demonstrating well-honed product knowledge and exceptional customer service techniques to support sellers and buyers through property transactions.
  • Be directly responsible for a subsection of the company’s overall property listings, impacting the company sales conversion rates.
  • Onboard new vendors, ensuring all key information about the vendor & property are accurately recorded in the company CRM and reflected in online listings.
  • Vet interested buyers in accordance with company policy and communicate viewing arrangements diligently.
  • Introduce interested buyers to the Senior Negotiator and remain a key point of contact until completion, participating in sales progression duties, such as chasing updates from mortgage brokers and solicitors when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Residential property experience gained from Estate Agency setting.
  • Confident and outgoing telephone manner.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with various types of clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • I.T. Literate with previous CRM experience.
  • Target driven.
  • Creative problem solver, ambitious & hungry to learn.
  • Organised, diligent and able to work independently and as part of a team.
