Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 8 IPS Employment Specialists and manage day‑to‑day delivery across Central London.
- Drive performance against job start, sustainment and progression targets.
- Embed the IPS Fidelity Model and support Good–Excellent practice.
- Work closely with clinicians to integrate employment into care pathways and monitor caseloads, quality and outcomes using data and insight.
- Support reflective practice, supervision and staff wellbeing and ensure safeguarding, GDPR and audit readiness.
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately to the Contract Manager and act as a visible, values‑led leader within the service.
Qualifications
- Experience in IPS or supported employment and mental health, health or social care services.
- Frontline team leadership or supervision background with performance and quality‑led service delivery.
- Strong understanding of the IPS Fidelity Model.
- Excellent coaching, motivating and coaching others and balancing compassion with accountability.
- Data‑driven approach to improve practice and outcomes.
