- Support and challenge subcontractors through quality monitoring and performance review.
- Use data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support curriculum development to ensure alignment with local, regional, and national skills priorities.
- Ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules, awarding body requirements, and safeguarding standards.
- Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Drive digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Monitor and improve Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) standards across provision.
Who We Seek:

- Assessing and IQA qualifications.
- DET / Level 5 EAT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the skills sector.
- At least 3 years’ experience leading quality methodologies and improvements.
Desirable:
- Direct experience supporting or leading Ofsted inspections.
- Experience managing high‑performing quality or delivery teams.
