We’re now looking for a Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team - someone who will champion operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the integrity of our delivery across contracts. As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we consistently deliver services that are not only contractually compliant but truly exceptional. You’ll carry out audits, provide feedback, and collaborate with delivery teams to embed high standards and accountability. By using data, insight, and influence, you’ll help us continuously evolve and improve the way we work - enabling even greater impact in the communities we serve.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance. You’re not just focused on checklists – you care about service integrity, people development, and making things better.

  • Audit and compliance experience across contracts, services, or regulatory frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, issues, and improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence others positively
  • Ability to train and guide staff on compliance standards and improvement areas
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and digital systems for audit and reporting
  • Knowledge of employability, education, training or community-based services is highly desirable
