In this role, you will help jobseekers build confidence, identify opportunities, and move forward with support. You will gain hands-on experience in employment support, while being fully trained, guided, and developed by experienced colleagues.
- Strategic Direction: Understand programme goals and structure your day around real outcomes for real people.
- Deliver Results: Help participants become job-ready with CV support, job search guidance, and interview preparation.
- People & Communication: Build rapport with participants, coach them through change, and communicate clearly with employers.
- Get It Right: Keep accurate records, follow safeguarding processes, and stay on top of tasks and updates.
- Business Acumen: Learn about local labour markets and contribute to connecting people with the right roles.
