You will work in a busy, peoplefocused office.
Visitors arrive throughout the day.
Phones ring regularly.

What You Will Do
- Act as front of house for the office
- Welcome visitors and manage reception professionally
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
- Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
- Support the RESTART team with daytoday administration
- Schedule appointments and manage team diaries
- Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate
- Keep records accurate and up to date

A Day in the Role
You open the office and prepare reception.
Clients arrive and you welcome them.
You answer calls and book appointments.
You support advisers with admin tasks between interruptions.
You update records and scan documents.
You finish the day knowing the office is organised and ready.
