Get Set UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with serious mental illness into competitive paid work in Essex. You will work with NHS clinical teams, assess goals, create vocational profiles and guide applicants through job applications and interviews.
You will travel daily across the Saffron Walden area, engage employers, and coordinate with clinicians to address wellbeing and potential workplace adjustments. Training in IPS will be provided.
