Your Role: What You’ll Achieve

At Get Set UK, we believe in giving people the tools and support to unlock their potential - and that includes our own team. As a Graduate Employment Advisor, you'll start your career with purpose, supporting jobseekers into meaningful employment while gaining real-world coaching, commercial and sector experience. This is your chance to build skills that matter, in communication, coaching, organisation and problem-solving, all while helping others progress into work and independence. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-led team that’s driven to make a difference, one person at a time. In this role, you’ll help jobseekers build confidence, identify opportunities, and move forward with support.
