- Commercial Awareness: Stay commercially aware, understand contractual requirements, and adapt your teaching approach to meet them effectively.
- Values Promotion: Create awareness among participants about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
- Feedback and Support: Provide participants with constructive feedback to enhance their readiness for the dynamic work environment and support them in sustaining employment through good practice.
