As an Employment Advisor, you will support people to move closer to work by building confidence, providing clear guidance and helping them take practical steps forward. You will work directly with individuals who need encouragement, structure and reliable support to progress into employment. This includes helping people understand expectations, overcome challenges and stay focused on their goals. You will manage your own caseload, build positive professional relationships and balance meaningful conversations with practical action and accurate record keeping. You will be part of a supportive frontline team with clear expectations and day-to-day support. This role is office-based, fast paced and target-driven. It suits someone who values routine, organisation and follow-through, and who feels comfortable working to clear expectations.
