Employment Advisor – Make Work Possible for People Who Need It Most

What You’ll Do
- Coach & Support People to Move Forward
- Deliver 1-1 coaching with clarity, empathy and energy
- Build confidence, motivation and direction
- Support with CVs, applications, interviews and job readiness
- Help people stay committed when things get tough
Use Sales Behaviours to Create Opportunities
- Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local employers
- Pitch your participants professionally
- Understand employer needs and match the right people to the right roles
- Convert leads into job starts and sustainable outcomes
Run a Busy Caseload With Pride
- Manage a large and varied caseload every day
- Stay organised, structured and consistent
- Use da ta , activity and KPIs to drive performance
Deliver High Quality Work
- Keep accurate case notes and follow compliance
- Work to safeguarding, programme and funding requirements
- Show care and professionalism with public funds
This is an office-based, people-facing role, working daily with participants and local employers.
