Employment Advisor – Make Work Possible for People Who Need It Most Every day at Get Set UK, people walk through our doors who are struggling to find work. Some have lost confidence. What You’ll Do
- Coach & Support People to Move Forward
- Deliver 1-1 coaching with clarity, empathy and energy
- Build confidence, motivation and direction
- Support with CVs, applications, interviews and job readiness
- Help people stay committed when things get tough
- Use Sales Behaviours to Create Opportunities
- Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local employers
- Pitch your participants professionally
- Understand employer needs and match the right people to the right roles
- Convert leads into job starts and sustainable outcomes
- Run a Busy Caseload With Pride
- Manage a large and varied caseload every day
- Stay organised, structured and consistent
- Use data, activity and KPIs to drive performance
- Deliver High Quality Work
- Keep accurate case notes and follow compliance
- Work to safeguarding, programme and funding requirements
- Show care and professionalism with public funds
This is an office-based, people-facing role, working daily with participants and local employers.
