What You Will Do
- Manage a structured caseload of individuals working towards employment
- Deliver focused one-to-one appointments in a full daily diary
- Provide high quality CV writing, job application and interview support
- Coach workplace behaviours such as punctuality, attendance, preparation, and professional communication
- Help individuals understand employer expectations and build reliable routines
- Track progress and work towards clear performance and job outcome targets
- Keep accurate, timely records using internal systems
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality and compliance procedures

Qualifications
- Experience in a support, advisory or customer‑facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A genuine belief that employment can create positive change
