About the Role
This role exists to ensure people facing barriers can access sustainable employment through strong employer partnerships. You will lead employer engagement strategy, develop a high‑performing team and personally manage strategic employers that deliver volume, quality and retention.

- Lead an employer‑led recruitment strategy aligned to participant capability

- Lead and performance‑manage Employer Relationship Managers
- Drive a consistent sales culture and pipeline discipline
- Analyse labour market data to inform strategy and mitigate risk
- Ensure CRM accuracy, compliance and data integrity

You will represent the organisation with employers, Job Centres, Local Authorities and funders, building trust through delivery rather than promises.
