About the Role

This role ensures people facing barriers can access sustainable employment through strong employer partnerships. You will lead the employer engagement strategy, develop a high-performing team and personally manage strategic employers that deliver volume, quality and retention. The focus is on outcomes, balancing purpose with commercial impact while being accountable for results that matter to people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an employer‑led recruitment strategy aligned to participant capability.
  • Secure high‑quality vacancies and sustain positive employment outcomes.
  • Personally manage strategic and high‑volume employer accounts.
  • Lead and performance‑manage Employer Relationship Managers.
  • Drive a consistent sales culture and pipeline discipline.
  • Analyse labour market data to inform strategy and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, compliance and data integrity; review every application carefully and expect a concise CV demonstrating achievements.
