We are looking for an Employability Tutor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver Accredited Employability and Customer Service courses aligned with our vision for career development, maintaining a minimum 90% engagement rate.
- Provide consistent support to individuals, enabling them to feel more confident as they navigate their employment journey.
- Collaborate closely with employers to prepare candidates for relevant vacancies, equipping them with qualifications, skills, and all‑around support.
- Maintain high engagement rates by delivering interactive, impactful training sessions.
- Ensure participants are well‑prepared for employment opportunities, providing necessary skills and confidence.
- Work closely with employers to understand their needs and tailor training programmes accordingly.
- Stay updated on best practices in employability training and continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
Qualifications
- Recognised tutor qualification.
- Proven expertise in delivering accredited Employability and Customer Service courses with a track record of contributing to career development.
- Ability to identify and support individual learning needs.
- Experience working with students with additional learning needs.
- Experience in remote delivery and teaching in virtual learning environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Empathetic and demonstrates understanding towards learners.
- Commercially aware, understands contractual requirements and adapts teaching approaches.
- Proficient in using technology for course delivery and learner engagement.
