Role Purpose: You\’ll support jobseekers into work by connecting them with the right opportunities, preparing them for success, and building early-stage employer relationships.

As an Employability Recruitment Consultant you\’ll help people move into work by coaching them to job-readiness and linking them to live vacancies.   • Strategic Direction: Understand the goals of your programme and align your daily activity to deliver job outcomes and great employer matches
  • Deliver Results: Support candidates into work, from CV support to job search and interview prep, you\’ll be outcome-focused every step of the way
  • People & Communication: Build trust with participants, communicate clearly with employers, and stay on top of your follow-ups and candidate updates
  • Get It Right: Accurately record your activity and candidate progress, following our processes and supporting compliance
  • Business Acumen: Understand what local employers need and work to match candidates to the right opportunities, always thinking commercially and practically

You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in helping others succeed. You understand that our customers expect us to model employability, so you lead by example.

  • Experience in a people-facing role, recruitment, retail, sales, or account management are all great starting points
  • Motivation to work towards targets and keep yourself accountable
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to organise your workload and stay on top of multiple candidate journeys
  • A desire to learn, improve, and grow into a high-performing Employer Relationships Manager
