As an Employability Recruitment Consultant you\’ll help people move into work by coaching them to job-readiness and linking them to live vacancies. - Strategic Direction: Understand the goals of your programme and align your daily activity to deliver job outcomes and great employer matches
- Deliver Results: Support candidates into work, from CV support to job search and interview prep, you\’ll be outcome-focused every step of the way
- People & Communication: Build trust with participants, communicate clearly with employers, and stay on top of your follow-ups and candidate updates
- Get It Right: Accurately record your activity and candidate progress, following our processes and supporting compliance
- Business Acumen: Understand what local employers need and work to match candidates to the right opportunities, always thinking commercially and practically

- Experience in a people-facing role, recruitment, retail, sales, or account management are all great starting points
